Mi chiamo Paolo ed ho 59 anni. mi sono occupato di musica come discografico, editore e manager per oltre 30 anni. Adesso basta.
Dovendomi spostare spesso per lavoro ho deciso di mettere a disposizione le mie due case di Barberino di Mugello e Palermo a chi come me si sposta e preferisce gli ambienti vissuti e personali piuttosto che in soliti standard . Nel 1994 ho ristrutturato con le mie mani la casa di Barberino che appartiene alla mia famiglia da generazioni insieme al borgo di case limitrofe dominate dalla torre trecentesca di Pulica. In questa casa ho registrato molti dischi vivendo emozioni ed esperienze davvero entusiasmanti. Sarà anche per questo che la casa ha un’energia molto positiva ed accogliente e trasuda passione e sentimenti positivi. Il lavoro mi ha poi portato a riavvicinarmi alla mia città natale (Palermo-Sicilia) dove trascorro la maggior parte del mio tempo. La Casa di Pulica infatti è da me abitata saltuariamente durante l’inverno lasciandola a disposizione degli ospiti durante il periodo estivo.
a Palermo invece si tratta di una vera chicca nel cuore della Palermo più vera e autentica, nell’antichissimo quartiere arabo della Kalsa, a due passi dal mare e da i più importanti musei, palazzi e opere d’arte presenti nel centro storico.

Amo la natura, la musica e l’arte e tutto ciò che mi trasmette senso di bellezza. Vorrei che gli ospiti vivano le mie casa con gioia e passione e che il loro soggiorno rimanga impresso nella memoria dell’ospite come un bellissimo ricordo di vacanza.

My name is Paolo and I’m 59 years old. I’ve been working in the music industry as a record producer, publisher, and manager for over 30 years. Now that’s enough.
Having to travel frequently for work, I decided to make my two homes in Barberino di Mugello and Palermo available to those like me who travel and prefer lived-in, personal spaces rather than the usual standards. In 1994, I personally renovated the house in Barberino, which has been in my family for generations, along with the surrounding hamlet dominated by the 14th-century Pulica tower. I’ve recorded many albums in this house, experiencing truly thrilling emotions and experiences. Perhaps this is also why the house has a very positive and welcoming energy, exuding passion and positive feelings. My work has also brought me back to my hometown (Palermo, Sicily), where I spend most of my time. In fact, I occasionally live in the house in Pulica during the winter and make it available to guests during the summer.
In Palermo, however, it’s a true gem in the heart of the most authentic Palermo, in the ancient Arab quarter of Kalsa, just steps from the sea and the most important museums, palaces, and works of art in the historic center.
